Fan Wenguang,Associate Senior Editor of Global Review,graduated from Shanxi Normal University, majoring in Biological science and East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), majoring in law science, and was awarded Bachelor of Sciense and Master of law.

His research focuses on International Maritime Law and South China Sea（SCS） issues, and so on.
