Zheng Yingqin is a Associate Research Fellow at Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS). She received her Ph.D in International Relations from Fudan University. Her research interests include governance of global commons, Antarctic issues, Taiwan-Hongkong relations and Hongkong political study. She was once the Visiting Fellow of George Bush School of Texas A&M University (Dec.2007-June2008) and German Development Institute (Nov.2014-Feb.2015).
