Dr.Li Hongmei got her M.A. in International Relations from Institute of South Asia Studies, Sichuan University in 2015, She obtained her Ph.D degree on International Relations from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University in 2019. From Sep.2017 to Aug.2018, as a visiting scholar, she visited South Asia Program of School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University for one year. Her research fields focus on India`s maritime strategy and foreign policy, Indo-Pak relations, the regional security in the Indian Ocean, Geopolitical theory and etc. She has already published several academic and commentary articles in several renowned journals and media.
