Dr. Sun Haiyong is  Associate Research Fellow of  Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy Studies /Center for American Studies of SIIS. Dr. Sun got his Ph.D from Renmin University Of China.  He specializes in the study of Sino-U.S. relations and Chinese outward investment on infrastructure .
