On September 22, 2020, the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) co-hosts a video conference in collaboration with the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). Researchers on both sides exchanges their views on “Maritime Security and Confidence Building in the South China Sea” and “Maritime Security and Crisis Management in the East China Sea”. President Chen Dongxiao of SIIS and Director Volker Perthes of SWP co-chairs this conference, which is also participated by Dr. Wu Chunsi, Dr. Zhang Yao, Dr. Zhou Shixin, Dr. Xue Chen and Dr. Zhang Qiyue.
