On April 20, 2020, President Chen Dongxiao of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies met with Mr. Loh Tuck Wai, Consul-General of Singapore in Shanghai and had a discussion on the impact of COVID-19 on international strategic landscape and the outlook of China-US relations.
