On April 17, 2020, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Mr. Benoît Guidée, Consul General of France in Shanghai. Both sides exchanged views on the impact of COVID-19 on international situation and international order, China-US relations, China-Europe relations, and Shanghai’s experience in combating the pandemic etc.
