On April 1, 2020，Mr. Néstor Enrique Torres Olivera, Consul General of the Republic of Cuba in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged views on the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cuba, bilateral economic and financial exchanges, Cuba's participation in anti-epidemic cooperation, and Cuba-US relations etc. Dr. Niu Haibin, deputy director of the Center for American studies, Dr. Lou Xiangfei, and Ms. Huang Fangfang from the Center for American Studies attended the meeting.
