On January 13, 2020, Consuls from the Kazakhstan Consulate General in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged views on China- Kazakhstan relations with Prof. Li Xin, Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies, Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies and Dr. Zhao Long, Assistant Director of the Institute for Global Governance Studies.
