On September 5, 2019, Dr. Richard McMahon from University College London visited SIIS and gave a speech on Brexit: is No Deal Inevitable?  The meeting was chaired by Prof. Zhang Yinghong, director of the Center for European Studies. Research fellows from the Center for European Studies and the Institute for Global Governance studies participated in the discussion.
