On 31 July 2019, Dr. Shannon O’Neil, Vice President of Council on Foreign Relations visited SIIS. She had a discussion with Dr. Niu Haibin, Deputy Director of Center for American Studies, and Dr. Zhou Shixin, senior fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies on US-Latin America relations.
