On July 19, 2019, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Council of SIIS Academic Affairs met with Mr. Remco van Wijngaarden, Consul General of the Netherlands in Shanghai. Both sides exchanged views on China International Import Expo, China-Europe relations and US-Europe relations. Dr. Feng Shuai, Assistant Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies and Mr. Zhou Yiqi, research fellow of the Institute for Comparative Politics & Public Policy Studies attended the meeting.
